FAQ

  • What type of pet photos work best for a NOLOOK drawing?

For the best NOLOOK drawing, choose clear, well-lit photos of your pet where their face and features are easy to see. Profile shots or images with distinct outlines work particularly well. Avoid blurry or dark photos, as the details are harder to capture in the drawing. Make sure your pet’s expression reflects their unique personality.

  • How long does it take to receive my custom NOLOOK drawing?

Custom NOLOOK drawings typically take 1 to 2 weeks to complete, depending on the volume of orders. Once your drawing is finished you’ll receive a confirmation, and shipping usually takes an additional 3-7 business days. If you need a rush order, please contact me, and I’ll do my best to accommodate!

  • Can I return my NOLOOK drawing if I don’t like it?

Since NOLOOK drawings are custom and made-to-order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds. Each artwork is a unique, hand-drawn creation, and part of the charm is in the unpredictable and playful nature of this contour technique. However, if you have any concerns with your order, please reach out and I’ll do my best to help!

  • What’s the process for ordering a custom pet portrait?

To order a custom NOLOOK pet portrait, simply upload a photo of your pet through the website, select your preferred size, and complete the checkout process. Once your order is placed, I’ll begin working on your drawing. You’ll receive an email confirmation when it’s ready, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details. Feel free to reach out with any special requests or questions.

  • Can I hire you to draw at my event?

Yes, I offer live NOLOOK drawing for events! Whether it’s a small gathering or a larger occasion, I’ll create custom drawings of your guests’ pets on-site. Event pricing starts at $500, depending on the length and size of the event. Reach out with your event details, and we can discuss how to make it a memorable experience!

  • Can you draw more than one pet in a single NOLOOK portrait?

While I can draw multiple pets in one NOLOOK portrait, I’ve found that the drawings are usually more successful when each pet is drawn separately. If you prefer a combined portrait, I recommend choosing the larger paper size for the best results. Please contact me prior to ordering, as there’s an additional $10 charge per extra pet, and we can discuss the best option for your custom drawing.
